Booking Policy
Clear terms for the current booking-request phase and the future confirmation process once legal sales permission is in place.
50% advance
After lawful sales permission is received and Kite Warriors confirms stock/availability, a 50% non-refundable advance will be required to confirm the booking.
Lahore pickup only
Current planned fulfillment is pickup from Neelam Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. Pickup confirmation will only be issued after legal permission and booking confirmation.
Important booking terms
- No advance payment is requested during the current booking-request phase.
- A booking request does not guarantee stock, design, color, permitted specification or final price.
- Once sales are legally permitted and Kite Warriors confirms the booking, the 50% advance is non-refundable.
- No product handover occurs before legal sales permission.
- Current service area is Lahore only and pickup only.
- Support is available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Any final transaction remains subject to applicable laws, permissions and product restrictions in force at the time.
