Does a booking request guarantee stock?
No. It records your preferred product and quantity. Final stock, permitted specification, color/design and price are confirmed later.
When do I pay the 50% advance?
Only after lawful sales permission and after Kite Warriors confirms your booking. The 50% advance is non-refundable.
Where is current pickup?
Neelam Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. The current plan is Lahore-only and pickup-only.
Are Gulberg and Mochi Gate active pickup points?
They are listed locations for possible future activation, but they are not current fulfillment points.
What are support hours?
10:00 AM to 10:00 PM for WhatsApp and phone support.
Can more products be added?
Yes. The catalogue structure is designed so more kites, Dor, bundles and Basant essentials can be added later.
